Whenever I drink beer, I would always count how many bottles have I downed. I am always conscious of it because it keeps me awake and aware. It helps me become more conscious whenever I drink. When I run, I count how many kilometres have I run. For example, if I want to run ten kilometres, I will check my Garmin if I have already run ten kilometres. I also check how many minutes have I run. I am very particular with numbers. For me, it keeps me alert and conscious all the time. You may call it obsession. I call it precision and awareness. My friend noticed it and he does not see anything wrong with it. He does not see me behave differently. One of my recent passions is playing online casino
games. It was introduced to me by my friend who is working as one of the computer analysts of a hotel casino in Las Vegas. He told me to try it. It is a good alternative as far as playing casino games are concerned. He knows that I like to play card games. I was not disappointed when I started playing those online casino games. However, I continue to count the number of my visit in the online casino. For me, it will help me watch my visit to the online casino. So far, I have visited the online casino ten times in just one year. I am also counting how much have I lost and won. I have lost only a total of one hundred dollars.
